J T Building Services was established to provide a Consultation Service on all aspects of Building Services Engineering, Energy Ratings, Planning Applications, Home Improvements and Interior Design.
We provide “the personal touch” and we endeavor to provide an excellent level of service and quality in our designs.
Joseph Toolan, BE, CEng, MIEI.
Chartered Engineer.
Joseph Toolan is a qualified Building Services Engineer having graduated from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Bolton Street.
He is also a Chartered member of Engineers Ireland.
Experience
Joe has over 12 years experience as a Consulting Engineer and
has previously worked for other leading practices such as SNC Engineering, JV Tierney & Co, Varmings, PH McCarthy and WYG on many prestigious projects.
Starting as a Design Engineer with SNC Engineering and working through to Senior Management Level as an Associate with PH McCarthy and WYG, Joe has gained wide experience in the design of various Mechanical and Electrical services installations including complete Project Management from conception to completion.
Joe's experience is generally in sectors such as Commercial and Retail, Office Developments, Education, Health Care, Residential Developments, Government projects and large one off housing.
